My sister and I received the best care and service from the team when we lost our father unexpectedly. Always professional. Advised sensitively and fully met our needs to alleviate any concerns and anticipated well those ahead. Thoughtfully, no stress was placed on immediate payment either. Ben and the team provided wonderful support from the first moment of contact. Their help and guidance was even more important as I was overseas and there were delays with the official process. I felt I could contact them at any time and ask anything. When planning Mum’s service, Ben was warm and understanding, offering useful advice at every step. He put us in touch with our wonderful celebrant, Colette Harber, who was also a tremendously warm, kind person and who constructed and then conducted the service perfectly. This is a difficult time for loved ones and I would say that Bungards made that so much easier, enabling us to truly view the service as a celebration of Mum’s life. Bungards looked after my mother's funeral, and a short while later cared for my father when he passed. They were to me like an extended family that were on the end of the phone when I needed them.
