That’s why we offer Funeral Awareness Training for care homes, hospices, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals across Brighton & Hove and the surrounding area.

Our training is designed to give your team confidence in understanding what happens after a death, what families can expect, and how best to support them in those first important conversations.

What Our Training Covers

Our session includes:

• An introduction to Bungard Funeral Directors and our five-generation family history

• A clear explanation of the family journey, from first call through to the day of the funeral

• Guidance on registration and coroner procedures

• Understanding cremation and burial arrangements

• Transparent explanation of funeral costs and disbursements

Face-to-Face Training

We are pleased to offer training at your premises or here at our funeral home.

A visit to Bungard Funeral Directors includes a guided tour of our facilities, allowing your team to see first-hand the reception areas, arranging rooms, mortuary facilities, and the standards of care we uphold.
